Falls of Lora location
The falls of Lora are situated at the entrance of Loch Etive at Connel, by Oban, Argyll, Scotland
They are directly under Connel bridge, which carries the A828 from it's junction with the A85 at Connel, towards Appin, Ballachulish and Fort William.

You can reach the falls by road, on the A85 from Tyndrum or Oban and the A828 from Fort William
There is a train station at Connel Bridge on the line from Glasgow to Oban
The falls are best viewed from the lay-by on A85 the south west side of the falls, from the bridge itself and from the shore on the northern side.
There is an unofficial parking area (actually the old road) on the northern side of the bridge off the A828. This is where kayakers usually park.
There is also a viewpoint parking area west of the bridge on the A85 in front of the Oyster Inn.
